Monday November 30 WIPOS Beginning of the Pause Hash

 At the Quandoc State-line Hash

Time to go back to Connecticut where Rhode Island is exempt from the list of restricted areas because of its “interconnected nature of the region.”
Trail starts at Quandoc Conservation Area in Killingly on 245 Brickhouse Road.
Guaranteed to rain on trail with plenty of IPA on a cold, dark night on Virgin Territory.
Directions:
Find I-295 and take Exit 9C for Rt. 6 west,
Continue on Rt.6 west for Connecticut stateline for 12 miles.
Turn RIGHT onto Shippee Schoolhouse Road,
Travel 1/2 mile and turn LEFT onto Brickhouse Road,
Continue 1/2 mile and Quandoc Conservation Area is on tje RIGHT.

ON-AFTER at Village Tavern

GPS: 245 Brickhouse Road, Killingly, CT

    Aye'll not be attending as my husband the nurse has gone back to the rotating schedule so he's not working 3 straights any longer, being in a pandemic on one's 3rd 12hr shift is not optimal for happiness. Have a good tramp through the woods. Remember to Follow the Sticks!!

    Due to Covid restrictions starting today for the next 2 weeks, will may be virtual. WIPOS said trail is set and you may join him, but he's not expecting many to show. I will be on Marco Polo and you are invited to join me there. There is a couple Captain's on trail, so if you are interested I'm sure you could find a cold 'wet' one.

Hash Trash for Amish's triple Circle Jerk at Big River - 1/11/21

 Well. I took my kid out for a ramble earlier that day, not sure I would make it to the actual trail later in the evening. Turns out my 6 year old daughter is more of a boss than all you wankers, who I heard complaining about 6999969 times whilst we wound around and around the trails of Big River being trailed by Amish and his new Hound of the Hashkervilles. She had a great time and refused to stop for a snack until we found the beer.  The first time I followed trail, it was a lovely sunny and quiet day. My kid was impressed by the sneakiness of Amish. We found the beer stop and she left behind a note for the hashers. I returned home and accomplished some tasks.
